Many of us compare ourselves to others when it comes to success, but why don't we realise that our own individual victories will be unique to us, we are all unique and magical in our own way. The 2012 Olympic Legacy must include schemes that let young people know that they don't have to come first in order to be a winner and that its important to focus on your own individual personal bests in order to reach the pinnacle of your very own ability.
